Due to the nature of the business being that all orders are "custom" or Custom Made To Order, and that Clique Baits is a small independently owned business that relies on it's incoming revenue to keep and maintain inventory, supplies, business expenses etc. all sales are final when payment has been made. Exceptions to this shall be reviewed and determined on a case-by-Case basis by Clique baits. All feasible and reasonable efforts will be made to circumvent a return. as an example, no such approval for a return and/or refund shall be granted in the event that an estimated and approximate lead time quote has not been met (within reason and previously discussed parameters have been acknowledged). All quoted lead times are based on current orders in vs. current inventory available vs. the amount of orders placed before the date of the newest incoming order... along with many other tangibles. Please allow for an additional ten business days after the original quoted lead time to inquire about order status and to request a cancellation/refund. Again, most all requests will be denied based on terms listed above but a potential partial refund may be available if and only if approved by clique baits... and again, will be determined on a case by case basis. if a cancelation and/or refund/partial refund is granted, allow up to an additional 3-5 business days to receive determination status along with pertinent follow up information.

We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order if the return request meets the clque baits return/replacement criteria. due to the nature of custom products, we reserve the right to refund an order at our discretion and only under extremely rare circumstances and on a case-by-case basis (as Outlined above).

You should expect to receive your Replacement within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes Clique Baits to process your return request (5 to 10 business days).
